As per Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e. on Wednesday, the 24th day of January, 2018 which was commenced at 11:00 A.M. and concluded at 1:10 PM at Dishman Corporate House, Opp. Jayantilal Park BRTS Bus Stop, Iscon - Bopal Road, Ambli, Ahmedabad - 380 058, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2017 along with Joint Statutory Auditors Limited Review Report dated 24th day of January, 2018 signed by M/s. V. D. Shukla & Co. and M/s. Haribhakti & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, in respect of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2017, prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. At the said Board Meeting the said Unaudited Results alongwith Limited Review Report were adopted and approved.
