Dear Sir/ Madam, We wish to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 10.05.2018 has inter alia approved the following: 1. On recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has approved audited financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) for the quarter/ year ending March 31, 2018. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing the following: a. Statement showing the audited financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) for the quarter/ year ending March 31, 2018. b. Auditors report with respect to the audited financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) for the quarter/ year ending March 31, 2018. Further, we would like to state that statutory auditors of the Company have issued audit report with unmodified opinion on the statement.
