Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at the Corporate Office of the Company has considered and approved the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017 standalone basis duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and M/s P.C. Bindal & Co., Chartered Accountants Delhi, Statutory auditors of the Company.
