1.Pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we have to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held today considered and approved, inter alia, the following: Statement of Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017. 2.The Company Adopted Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) from 1st April, 2017 and accordingly these Financial Results have been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Ind AS interim Financial Reporting prescribed.
