This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors held on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 (commenced at 01:00 P.M. and concluded at 05:10 P.M.) has inter alia approved and passed the following resolutions: 1. The Board considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter and year ended on March 31st, 2018. 2. The Board took note of Audit Report for the quarter and year ended March 31st, 2018 as placed by the Auditor of the Company.
