Approved the Consolidated Audited Financial Results & Statements, Consolidated Audit Report for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018. We hereby confirm and declare that Company has received Consolidated Audit report with unmodified opinion for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 from the Statutory Auditors, M/s. Brahmayya & Co., Chartered Accountants, firm registration no. 000511S vide Independent Auditors Report dated May 30, 2018.
