Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 Pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI ( Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (Listing Regulation), the Boardrector of the company at its meeting held on 14/09/2017 have approved and taken on reocrd, the unaudited financial results (standalone) of the company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017. Further, as per SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 6th July, 2016, the company has opted to submit unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 with Ind AS complaint financial results for the corresponding quarter ended 30th June, 2016. We hereby inform you that the Company shall submit standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending on and after 30th September, 2017 as per above circular. A copy of the results along with Limited Review Report of the Auditors as required under Regulation 33 of Listing Regulations, is enclosed
