Pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company have approved and taken on record the enclosed Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018. As required under Regulation 33 (3)(d) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Independent Auditors Report on Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2018 are also enclosed. We would also like to inform that the Company will publish the Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018, in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 47(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations in the format prescribed by SEBI.
