This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e Thursday 14th September, 2017, inter alia considered and approved the standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017. In this regard we submit the following: 1.A copy of the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2017 reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on today i.e 14.09.2017 at 11.30 am. 2.Independent Auditors review report on review of Interim Financial Results issued by the Statutory Auditor, M/s. Songira & Associates., Chartered Accountants for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
