We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Suryodaya Investment and Trading Company Limited, at its meeting held on February 14, 2018, inter alia transacted the following businesses: 1. (i) Approved the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2017. (Annexure- A) (ii) Considered the Limited Review Report of the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2017. (Annexure-B) 2. Considered and accepted the resignation of Mr. Rajendra Bhangui as an Independent director w.e.f. closing of business hours of 14th February, 2018. 3. Considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Girish M. Chaurasia as an Independent director of the Company with effect from 14th February, 2018.
