Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2017. The said un-audited Financial Results have been reviewed by the Audit and Finance Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on January 24, 2018. Sharp and Tannan Associates, Chartered Accountants, Pune - Statutory Auditors of the Company, on the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2017.
