Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. on Thursday, May 17, 2018, which commenced at 11:30 A.M. and concluded at 1:30 P.M., the Board inter alia considered and approved the Audited Financial Results for the period ended March 31, 2018 of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards (IndAs) along with Auditors Report pursuant to the Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations which is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A. Further, Pursuant to the Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, we are also enclosing herewith a Declaration by the Company on Unmodified Opinion in the Auditors Report which is enclosed herewith as Annexure-B.
