Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today viz. May 25, 2018 have approved the Annual Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2018. Accordingly, we enclose herewith the following for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2018. : 1. Annual Audited Standalone Financial Results along with the Statement of Assets and liabilities. 2. Annual Audited Consolidated Financial Results along with the Statement of Assets and liabilities. 3. Audit Report on the aforesaid Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company issued by M/s. Viren Gandhi & Co., the Statutory Auditors of the Company. 4. Declaration on the unmodified opinion in the Auditors Report on Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company.
