As required under Regulation 33(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations), we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, have approved the Standalone Financial Results (Audited) and Consolidated Financial Results (Unaudited), Consolidated Segment-wise Revenue, Results, Assets and Liabilities (Unaudited), for the quarter and nine-months ended 31st December, 2017. The said Board meeting commenced at 12.45 PM and concluded at 6.45 PM. A copy of the said financial results together with the Auditors Report on Standalone Financial Results and Limited Review Report on Consolidated Financial Results dated 25th January, 2018 are enclosed. These are also being made available on the website of the Company at www.tatacoffee.com and will be published in newspapers as required under the Listing Regulations. Please take the same on record.
