The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, have approved and taken on record the audited Consolidated and Standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018. We would like to state that M/s. B.K. Khare & Co, Statutory Auditors, of the Company have issued audit reports with unmodified opinion on the financial results. We would further like to inform that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, have recommended a final dividend of Rs.13.50/- per equity share, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company, which if approved, shall be paid/ dispatched within thirty days from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company. The date of book closure for the above purpose shall be intimated later.
