Copy of the same in the prescribed format, in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with the Audit Report by the Statutory Auditor is enclosed herewith. In addition, a declaration by the Chief Financial Officer, regarding issuance of unmodified opinion on Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 is also attached.
