Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI(LODR)), we enclose herewith the Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Statements and Auditors Report for the period ended 31st March, 2018 along with the information as per Regulation 52(4) of SEBI LODR. The figures were reviewed by Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 18th May 2018. The Certificate of Debenture Trustees as required under Regulation 52(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 will be sent shortly. We request you to take the same on record.
