FOCUS INDUSTRIAL RESOURCES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve a) Audited Financial Results of the Company along with the report by Statutory Auditors for the quarter and year ended as on March 31, 2019. b) Any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further, vide our letter dated April 06, 2019, we had intimated the Stock Exchanges that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company by its Designated persons would remain closed w.e.f April 06, 2019 till 48 (forty eight) hours after the conclusion of the above mentioned Board Meeting. The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 5:00 P.M. at the Registered office of the Company 104, Mukand House, Commercial Complex, Azadpur Delhi-110033
