Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 25, 2011 for consideration of the audited financial results of the Company and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2011. Since the Company will be publishing the Audited Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 within sixty days period, the unaudited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 will not be published.
