Titan Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2011, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results & Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the year ending March 31, 2011 and to recommend payment of equity dividend for the Financial Year 2010-2011. The Company will therefore not publish Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
