Bharti Airtel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2015, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter (Q4) and financial year ended on March 31, 2015. For the purpose of the above and as per the Company’s Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from March 28, 2015 to April 29, 2015 (both days inclusive).
