Dear Sir/Madam, In terms of Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on today the 14th day of November, 2018 where the following business were transacted: Considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the company Pursuant to regulation 33 read with regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September,2018, are enclosed herewith.
