With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that audited financial result of Galaxy Cloud Kitchens Limited for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2019 were submitted to BSE Ltd on May 24, 2019. However due to inadvertence and typographical error in audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2019, the following errors shall be read as: 1. In page No. 1, Column 1 & 3 for Quarter Ended has been mentioned as Unaudited instead of Audited. 2. In page No. 2 & 3, under Segment Reporting & notes to financial results, it has been mentioned as Leisure and Entertainment Services instead of Food & Beverages. However it may be kindly noted that the same has been correctly recorded in financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019.
