In Compliance with the SEBI Circular dated 19th November, 2018, we furnish below the reasons for delay in publishing of Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019. As informed earlier from time to time, post the demerger of the two operating businesses and the transfer of employees engaged therein to the demerged entities, as well as the financial condition, the Company is functioning with skeletal staff which has delayed the preparation and audit of financial results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019. We would also like to inform you that various audits instituted by the lenders and other statutory authorities are currently in process which has added to the work pressure of the existing staff. The preparation of the Companys financial statements for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019 is in process and we are endeavoring to publish the pending results at the earliest.
