MOS & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, the statutory Auditors of the Company have issued auditors reports with modified opinion on the financial statements. The Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications is attached herewith. The Board Meeting commenced at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 01:50 p.m.
