With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2019 duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, the 30th day of May, 2019. The Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11:45 A.M. and concluded at 01:30 P.M. We are also enclosing a copy of the Auditors Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company, as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015. Further we are enclosing a copy of Declaration given by Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended and Circular no. CIR/ CFD/ CMD/56/2016 dated May, 27, 2016.
