Gulshan Chemfill Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019; and In view of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in continuation to our letter dated April 01, 2019 with respect to closure of Trading Window of the Company, this to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed from April 01, 2019 for the Companys Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and the Trading Window will be closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results. We request to kindly the same on record.
