Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 01, 2019, inter alia, for the following items: 1. To take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 (Q1); 2. To consider declaration of interim dividend; The said interim dividend, if declared, will be paid on August 23, 2019. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from July 01, 2019 till August 03, 2019 (both days inclusive).
