Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 29, 2019, inter alia, for the following items: 1. To take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 (Q3); 2. To consider declaration of interim dividend; Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from January 01, 2019 till January 31, 2019 {both days inclusive). The exchanges are also informed that the Company may host an analyst & investors meet in Africa in February/ March 2019.
