GSB FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on 13th August, 2019 at 10.00 am to consider unaudited Quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June 2019 As per Closure of Trading Window in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading window will be closed for the Directors, Employees and Auditors of the Company from 04th August, 2019 till 14th August, 2019 (both days inclusive) and the Directors, Employees and Auditors including their dependants are therefore not permitted to deal in the shares of the Company till 14th August, 2019
