GUJARAT INDUSTRIES POWER CO.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby intimated that the Board of Directors of the Company shall meet on Friday, the 9th August, 2019, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter of FY 2019-20 ended on 30/06/2019.
