Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. on 14.02.2019 has inter alia, approved the following:- 1) Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2018 (enclosed herewith) 2) A copy of the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company in respect of the aforesaid Results (enclosed herewith)
