These results are also being uploaded on the Companys website - www.hcsl.co.in Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated 27th May, 2016, the Company hereby declares that the Statutory Auditors of our Company have issued the Audit Reports with unmodified opinion on the Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the year 31st March, 2019.
