In continuation of our letter dated 28th June, 2019, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has interalia approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 as recommended by the Audit Committee. The Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) together with Limited Review Report are enclosed herewith. The Results are also being uploaded on the Companys website at www.hathway.com. We would like to inform you that the said Meeting commenced at 3:00 p.m. and concluded at 6:50 p.m. Kindly take the aforesaid on record and acknowledge the receipt.
