HAZOOR MULTI PROJECTS LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the third quarter/ nine months ended on 31st December, 2018. In connection with the above, as per the Companys code of conduct and code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from Monday, 4th February, 2019 to Wednesday, 13th February, 2019 (both days inclusive) for all Directors and designated employees (including their immediate relatives).
