This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. 15th January, 2019 (which commenced at 12.00 Noon and concluded at 12:45 P.M.) has inter alia approved and taken on record the Un-audited Financial Results (UFRs) of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ending on 31 st December, 2018 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations ; and taken on record the Limited Review Report of Price Waterhouse & Co Chartered Accountants LLP (Statutory Auditors) on the above UFRs.
