In pursuance of Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the LODRRs, submitted herewith the Voting Results on HOCL Postal Ballot Notice dated 22-03-2019 as given in the Scrutinizers Report dated 6th May, 2019 of the Scrutinizers, viz. M/s. S. N. ANANTHASUBRAMANIAN & Co., PCS. A per the said Scrutinizers Report, the Special Resolution as contained in the postal ballot notice dt.22-03-2019 has been passed with requisite majority.
