Honeywell Automation India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019. At the said Board Meeting, the Board of Directors will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2019. Please be informed that the trading window has been closed from April 1, 2019 and shall remain closed until May 15, 2019 (both days inclusive). Please take the same on record.
