IDFC First Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Bank will be held on May 10, 2019, inter alia, to discuss and approve the following: 1. Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2019. 2. Recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2018-19. 3. Raising funds through issue of non-convertible debt securities on private placement basis, if required, during financial year 2019-20, as a part of its normal borrowing programme. 4. Matters relating to the ensuing 5th Annual General Meeting. In furtherance to the letter dated April 03, 2019 and pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Bank, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of IDFC FIRST Bank Limited was closed for Insiders from April 03, 2019 and will continue to remain closed till May 12, 2019 (both days inclusive) for Insiders of IDFC FIRST Bank Limited.
