IGC Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 12, 2019, to consider and take on record the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 and other businesses. Further, in pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from February 05, 2019 to February 14, 2019 (both days inclusive).
