Pursuant to Regulation 52 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2019, approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. April 24, 2019 along with declaration pursuant to Regulation 52(3)(a) of the Listing Regulations. We also submit herewith Audit Report dated April 24, 2019, issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, on the audited financial results of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2019, which was duly placed before the Board at the aforesaid meeting.
