INDSIL HYDRO POWER AND MANGANESE LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. Further in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons, and as informed earlier, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons from 1st July, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial Results (both days inclusive).
