Attached please find the following: a)Annual Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of Industrial Investment Trust Limited for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. b)Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the financial year ended March 31, 2019. c)Auditors Reports on the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) issued by the Statutory Auditors, Chaturvedi & Shah LLP, Chartered Accountants. d)Declaration with regard to Audit Report on Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2019 with unmodified opinion. It is hereby informed that no dividend has been recommended by the Board of Directors for the year ended March 31, 2019. The meeting concluded at 5.40 p.m.
