The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. April 12, 2019, has inter alia approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 along with the Auditors Report on the same. Please note that the report of Auditors is with unmodified opinion with respect to the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4.15 p.m. and concluded at 5.20 p.m. The Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019, as approved by the Board will also be available on the Companys website www.infomediapress.in.
