Pursuant to Regulations 33 (3)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today have taken on record, the enclosed Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. As required under Regulations 33 (3)(c)(i) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Limited review Report for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019 is also attached herewith. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 01:30 p.m.
