Pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today approved and taken on record the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018, a copy each of which duly signed by Whole-time Director is enclosed along with Limited Review Reports of the Independent Auditors of the Company. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2:45 P.M. and concluded at 4:25 P.M. We would also like to inform that the Company will publish the Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018, in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 47(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations in the format prescribed by SEBI. We request you to please take the above on record.
