Pursuant to the provisions of regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today, inter-alia, considered and approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2019 alongwith Auditors Report thereon. This is to further inform you that the said Auditors Report is an unmodified report. However, Auditor has given an Emphasis of Matter, which is given in the attachment.
