Hindustan Cleanenergy Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall submit the annual audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 within sixty (60) days from the end of the financial year i.e. on or before May 30, 2018 and hence the Company is not required to submit the unaudited financial results for the half year ended on March 31, 2018 and the limited review report.
