Margdarshak Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2018 shall be submitted within a period of 60 days from the end of the Financial Year i.e. up to May 30, 2018. Accordingly, the Unaudited Financial Results for the last half year ended on March 31, 2018 accompanied by limited review report by the auditors shall not be submitted.
