In compliance to Regulation 29(1)(a)of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 8th February, 2018 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter ended December 31, 2017. Further, we wish to inform that in terms of Andhra Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will remain closed form 30th January, 2018 to 10th February, 2018 (48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting)for the Directors/ Designated Persons of the Bank/ Connected Persons and that the Trading Window will open on 11th February, 2018.
